These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Sushi Garden Restaurants (“Sushi Garden”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any person who visits our website, places an order, makes a reservation, purchases merchandise or gift cards, or otherwise interacts with us (“you”, “your”). By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1) Who we are
The website and online ordering/booking services are provided by Sushi Garden Restaurants, 103 Dartmouth Road, SE23 3HT, London, UK. If you order for collection/delivery from a specific location, your contract is with the local operating entity for that location (as applicable) and Sushi Garden acts on its behalf.
2) Eligibility & House Policies
Age & capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Alcohol: You must be 18+ to purchase alcohol. ID may be required on collection/delivery or when dining in.
Young diners: We do not accept reservations for unaccompanied diners aged 17 or below. Parties must include at least one responsible adult.
Groups: Parties of 7+ may be subject to group booking terms (deposits, set menus, pre-orders).
3) Ordering online & by phone
3.1 Placing an order
Select items on our website and proceed to checkout. When you submit your order and payment method, we transmit your order to the restaurant. Orders are typically accepted until 30 minutes before closing (subject to location and capacity).
3.2 Order confirmation & changes
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation at the email/phone you provided. We may update pickup/delivery times (e.g., due to capacity or traffic). If we change a time, we’ll notify you using the contact details you supplied.
3.3 Collection window & proof
Bring your receipt or payment confirmation to collect. We hold uncollected orders for up to 180 minutes after your selected pickup time (or until closing, if earlier), after which food may be disposed of with no refund.
3.4 Delivery
Deliveries may be fulfilled by third-party couriers. Your confirmation will identify the courier. If delivery is delayed or missing, please contact the delivery provider referenced in your confirmation; we’ll support as reasonably possible.
4) Allergens & dietary information
Please inform us of allergies or dietary needs when ordering and again on arrival for dine-in. While we take care to reduce cross-contact, our kitchens handle allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Your health decisions are your responsibility.
5) Prices, VAT, offers
Prices are in GBP and include VAT. A VAT breakdown appears on receipts.
Promotions/offers are subject to terms, availability, times, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Transaction fees: Where permitted by law, we may charge card/payment processing fees; any such fee will be disclosed at checkout.
6) Payment options
Cards & wallets: We accept major credit/debit cards and common mobile wallets (see checkout for current options). Orders for now or for a future time/date are charged at placement.
Invoice (business only): Available only under a separate written agreement.
Pay at pickup (by phone orders only): If we accept a phone order as pay at pickup, your order remains open until paid at collection (cards and—where available—cash). We reserve the right to charge or blacklist users who fail to collect/pay phone orders.
7) Cancellations, refunds & right of withdrawal
7.1 Standard food orders (perishable goods)
You may cancel up to 1 hour before the selected pickup time by phoning the restaurant.
On 31 December (New Year’s Eve), cancellations must be made no later than 30 December.
After these deadlines, cancellation is not possible for food items because they are perishable or made to order.
If you cancel in time and paid by card, your bank usually releases the hold or refund within 14 days (bank dependent).
7.2 Merchandise & non-perishable items
For any non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise) purchased online for delivery, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. Items must be returned unused, with tags/packaging, and you bear return postage costs. We may deduct for any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.
How to cancel (merchandise):
Email info@sushigardenrestaurants.com with your order number and items you wish to cancel, or send the model withdrawal form below within 14 days. Then return the items promptly; we may withhold refunds until we receive the goods or proof of return.

14) Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:
any indirect or consequential loss;
loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, or goodwill;
loss, corruption, or unauthorised access of data arising from internet transmission risks you accept when using online services.
Except where the law requires otherwise, our total liability for any claim related to a particular order is limited to the price paid for that order.
15) Suspension & termination
We may suspend access to the website, refuse service, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or a safety/security concern. We may also remove or edit content, or cancel accounts acting in bad faith.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on our website with the “Last updated” date above. Please check before placing orders or making reservations. If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using our services.
