Do I need sushi experience?
Not always. We hire for attitude and reliability. Trainee routes exist for the right people.
Can I choose my shifts?
We publish rotas in advance and try to accommodate availability. Weekends/evenings are core in hospitality.
Are trial shifts paid?
No — The trial shifts for eligible roles are not in line with policy.
Uniform?
Yes — simple, comfortable, and practical. We’ll brief you at onboarding.
Do you sponsor visas?
At present we prioritise candidates with existing right-to-work in the UK. If your situation differs, note it in your email.
