Autumn at Sushi Garden Restaurants

Golden evenings. Warm plates. New rituals.

While the trees turned copper and the air sharpened, we were busy behind the scenes—testing ideas, fine-tuning flavours, and planning a season that feels like a hug. Now it’s time to share.

What’s on this season

Long Table Suppers — gather, share, linger

A series of communal dinners inspired by Japanese omotenashi and a touch of Nordic calm. One long table, generous sharing courses, easy conversation. Less formality, more connection. Seats are limited—watch our announcements and grab a place early.

October = Sake Month

Four weeks devoted to Japan’s most storied sip. Expect mini tastings, pairings tailored to our seasonal menus, and a few rare bottles by the glass. Zero-proof pairings run alongside—think yuzu coolers and premium teas—so everyone can join the ritual.

Autumn Specials — flavour turned up

Dishes built for the season: deeper broths, fire-kissed skewers, and comforting sides that make the table feel complete. A sample of what might appear:

  • Pumpkin & ginger miso (silky, gently warming)

  • Teriyaki salmon with roasted sesame roots

  • Truffle mushroom rice (aromatic and shareable)

  • Dragon roll with crisp tempura and kabayaki glaze

  • Yuzu-apple tart or black-sesame ice cream to finish

(Specials rotate with market availability.)

Hallo-weekend, the friendly kind

A playful weekend for families: low-key costumes welcome, a few hidden clues for little explorers, and tiny treats at the end. Nothing scary—just smiles.

How to join in

  • Long Table Suppers: Dates announced via our newsletter and social channels; set sharing menus with optional pairings.

  • Sake Month: Look for tasting slots on weeknights; pairings available all month.

  • Autumn Specials: Ask your server—selections change through the season.

  • Hallo-weekend: Family tables recommended; note pushchairs/highchairs on your booking.

Group bookings (7+) may require a deposit and set menu—simple, transparent, and confirmed in writing.

Menus for everyone

Vegan, vegetarian, and halal-friendly paths (fish/seafood/veg with alcohol-free sauces on request) sit alongside our signatures. Tell us about allergies when you book and again on arrival—we’ll guide you carefully. Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients, so we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment.
